I toured this property with uyou last year and it has so much to offer. Great views, multiple living space, both indoor and outdoor. A short drive to Santa Domenica Talao, or a nice walk. The “granny area is perfect as a separate income apartment. Beautiful.

Those custom cabinets in the kitchen are very nice. I cannot believe the views. That is a lot of house and property for that price.

Having lived in Italy for 7 years, some people might not understand about the kitchen. As Americans we think of course the kitchen would stay. But that is not always the case, in fact sometimes Italians will strip everything out of an apartment and so it is barebones. This includes not only kitchens but light fixtures, mirrors and cabinets in the bathrooms and even toilet seats. Anybody viewing this from California or New York will have their jaw drop after looking at the price!
