In Lab conditions , there won't be so much loss. We can assume it near to theoretical throughput. As discussed in the video you can calculate for each scenario. Happy learning

25% overhead for controlling & signalling it means 33mbps across remove then finally got it 101mbps & Ul total 33.6mbps bt 25%(8mbps) remove for controlling signalling & finally got it for ul speed 25mbps
