To make a two digit number into a decimal, you start by adding a decimal place behind the ones place (example, 91 would turn into 91.), then move that decimal TWO TIME to the LEFT (91. would turn into 0.91), then mulitple that number by your other number. I’m not good at math, but hopefully I explained that well-enough for you to understand.

Or just multiply the percentage you want and the number whose percentage you are looking for and ➗ by 100. Eg. 25% of 16,567 is 25 X 16567 ÷100
