Calculating the distance to nearest feature in QGIS (Nearest hub distance)

In this video, I demonstrate the most common approach to calculating the distance from one feature to the nearest feature of another feature class e.g. distance to the nearest station.

Amazing video. Thank you for posting this rich content. I wonder: is there a function that outputs an optimized hub location? Receiving the data of a set of locations, provides the location(or locations if n hubs were desired) that optimizes all routes from them.
