Easy short hand; Bupi w or w/o Epi the patients weight in Kgs is the same as mls if 0.25% and and if 0.5% the total mls is half their weight in Kgs. Yes, the Bupi with epi is slightly under-dosed but is easy bedside mental math, especially helpful for nerve blocks.

Thank you, excellent video is this dose for epinephrine 1:100,000 ?? How much can i inject 2% lidocaine with epinephrine 1:80000 to 70kg patient??

you cant give more then 500 mg of lidocaine to a patient in one visit so you calculated 700 mg to 35 ml is wrong
