Fire has declined in growth for 4th straight day and yesterday was the lowest growth in two weeks actually. Evacuations are being lifted and thousands are returning home.

They often create back fires in the middle of the night when winds are low to quickly create a large fire break. The fire will then connect back to the main fire slowing its forward progress in that area.
