If there's ever a guy I'm not concerned at all about how hard he hits the ball, it's this guy. Gets on base, puts the ball in play, goes with pitches, uses all fields, and is a klepto on the base paths. This is a table setter right here. This is a guy that can keep the ball rolling in an inning. If those skills can survive the leap to the bigs, this is exactly the kind of player we need.

I'm sold. Put him at 3B and move Jazz to second. Sign Walker and Soto. Trade Stroman and bring in a starter with that money + getting rid of Grisham to free payroll space. Stroman + Grisham projected arb is + Mayza projected arb = $28.2M. That can get you a good starter.

This is why I love you ! You do the work ! Ok ! Sign him!!

Pete Rose crouched quite a bit at bat. He did okay. We could use a good lead off guy.

Yall got Williams, but Brewers infield gonna be speedy & contact lore. Turang, Durbin, Ortiz, Frelick possibly 🔥
@jesusoftheapes29 күн бұрын
@@SlackerBots 1st Hoskins 2nd Durbin SS Turang 3rd Ortiz and that will be the infield . I do not see where Sal fits in this new look infield now but I was excited to see him infield. Now he stays outfield and wastes his talent on that. But this should be a very good Brewers team in and out .

As long as he can get on base, I’m happy. Imagine him and Volpe on base with the tip of the order coming up….could be great.

Only if Volpe starts getting on base a a higher clip. I know he’s definitely making adjustments because he’s a hard worker

@ if Volpe doesn’t figure it out in year 3, I think he will never figure it out.

Exactly, getting on base with speed is the most important. Stanton, judge, Soto and Dominguez. Cmon now

Altuve is short, but he packs a punch.

Sal Freilick #2 . He is so much the same as Sal it is wild. . Sal belongs in the infield but won a Golden Glove in the outfield. Sal and Durbin are so similar . It will shock people in 2025 to see Sal hitting many Homers moving forward now that he found his Big Ball swing and Durbin can take that same path . It might not show up in 2025 but he will get on base a ton just like Sal has as he found his power. You do not need massive exit velocity to be a Superstar Hitter. Ask Louis Arraez who is the same story . You do not need fast bat speeds to be a SUPERSTAR hitter and it is the most overblown stat on earth . Durbin can be a .280 hitter. maybe even better .

@@yolk2112 And that is why modern Baseball sucks! The Yankees and Dodgers can just buy the talent other people put into making them without fear. They do not have to develop anyone. I hate the Yankees soooo much .
