I thought dark ritual + brainstorm on your opponent's turn to block questing beast with a 3/3 monk token in match 2 (game 2) would have been a neat line.

Unfortunately he still would have been dead to hexdrinker + ignoble heirarch (exalted) for exactly 7. Hexdrinker is such a messed up magic card

The good news is that you were able to pop off nearly every game. If you had a win condition I'm sure you would have beat your opponents.

your my favorite influencer (love penny dreadful) some store tips that will help - kitten plus urza is a amazing win combo plus taking top over brainstorm givin your deck and the picks to come was a lot stronger like the tinker next pack -- 100% i love your drafts always watch all your content but if you watch all of the recent lsv storm decks he played same deck and won a ton with out brain freeze and or tendrils --- plus confident was a bit weak only drawing a few cards with a heavy top end - time warp would have been a nice pickup with minds desire -- i think there was a ton of ways to improve this draft (getting tokens with kitten is easy had you shifted away from a brain freeze style deck and you already had mentor) -- hope this helps! love the new spicy drafting for fun is amazing content but a bit nail biting when your like 95% there and overlooked the new storm synergies - thanks again for all the great content

Turns out I had just enough in my budget to back your Algomancy. I just can't pass up on this man, you're definitely making history with this. My playgroup is super excited to get our hands on it. P.S. you're rendition of the Vintage Cube is inspiring. I definitely enjoyed your cube tech and it got me tinkering with my personal vintage cube (I'll have to order some new proxies soon). Mine is a little spicy with double moxen, double fetches, and double shocks. It definitely makes for faster games, but my playgroup is into more explosive plays.

23:24 would Thalia actually make the Mind's Desire hits cost 1 mana? It says "without paying its mana cost", wouldn't that mean the increased cost didn't have to be paid at all still?

"without paying its mana cost" is a alternative casting cost, additional cost effects like Thalia still apply assuming the hit is a non creature.

Caleb im a little upset that during the draft you were looking for win conditions and decided not to do some Hullbreaker Horror, Displacer kitten bounce combos. You kept talking about win conditions but i feel like sometimes you get overly commited to storm lol.

You know what i find funny,in almost all the game you lost,seeker of the way would have let you win with the lifegain. I for some reason alway thought you would gain life back when you swung with your prowess dudes

I think fetch lands are better early in the draft and confluence is better later in the draft
