Something she is leaving unsaid but I think its first in her mind is she wants to find a guy so she can stay home and not work. Truth? If she lost some weight she is actually quite pretty, has nice hands and a pleasant voice. If she lost some weight, and I dont even mean skinny, I mean just lose 40lbs she would be more shapely. Lots of guys would be fine with her being at home as long as she isnt lazy and keeps the excess weight off.

Yeah, I had the same suspicion as the video progressed, and she seemed to keep making statements that are not actually connected to reality. Broke, jobless, living in a car and suggests she gets passive income by owning a rental property. All the other stuff she said along the way as she revealed how she used to make more money as a truck driver, and seemed to acknowledge her current situation has been affected now that she's not working that job. Then in the next breath said how she didn't want to be a truck driver because it was boring. Then revealed that she quit that job as a truck driver. This poor woman needs someone to help her and make sure she's not making poor/irresponsible decisions that's going to entrench her into prolonged homelessness.

The reality is very few advisors would actually work with someone like her. A coach maybe. But it takes a tremendous amount of time to put together a financial plan. Frankly, she isn't even at that level for one, nor would anyone look at her as a prospective client. But if someone with this kind of attitude was working with an advisor, there's a high likelihood of them getting dropped. An advisor is a fiduciary and it can put them in murky waters if the client is consistently not following advice. It's a sad situation

They think by going to a Financial Advisor that someone is going to review everything, tell them things aren't that bad, hold their hand, take on all their adult financial responsibility, and fix or solve all their financial problems, and do everything for them. These people think they can act and behave immaturely for along period and then go to someone better and smarter then them, so someone else can miraculously fix everything for them and then everything will be fixed and reset like starting a video game all over from the beginning. They want to avoid growing up and solving their own problems because its scary, difficult, and hard. Welcome to adulthood people, now get to work!

This is one of the best examples of how social media can deceive a person. Some of the buzz words we heard during this audit were "passive income," "FIRE," "car life," and "house hacking." It's rough to see people get excited about starting something that's so far out of their reach. They are ignorant to their starting position but have a desire to get to the finish line - they don't know how much work it is to go from A to B. While this guest was all over the place with motivations, life goals, and her own standards for working it's a valuable audit to show how much influence a youtube short can have on a person.

She wants to "house hack" she wants someone to do her budget for her, she wants to travel without having to work. All I got from this is she wants to be handed money without doing anything for it. Heck, even to be an influencer although a lot of is luck with the algorithms, you still have to put effort and work to keep an audience and grow it. It doesn't fall outta thin air.

When you’re homeless it’s easy to overspend on food since you don’t have stable refrigeration, cooking supplies, and even a way to cook. (It all depends on season and where you live. Luckily this is TX so parks in the winter that have a grill can be usable, but mental health is a major factor for this.)
