Every taco bell can do custom orders, if they refuse to or just ignore your request and get the order wrong they are on grounds for being let go. Kinda. I've worked taco bells from Ohio to Kansas. It just really depends where you live and if that is a good area. Some taco bells are just not as good as others. The very first store I worked in was one of the highest rated in Ohio. Now it is one of the worst. Company's want to squeeze as much labor out of their employees as they can so they can make more and pay less to their employees. At the same time those employees are getting buried in drive thru orders with only 3 people in the building when there should be 7. Which is why it is bad to order $50-$60 worth of taco bell in one go. Inside or not.

Well, in Puerto Rico they don't have that rice burrito in the value menu, but they do have a "beefy five layer" burrito for $2.59 (it was just $1.99 until just recently). It has bean, beef, shredded cheese, cheese sauce, and sour cream. You can add lettuce and tomato for a few cents more, or bacon, but to me it's alright as it is for the price. Just 59¢ more than the burrito in the video here.

Another tip, if you get the $2 burrito ask them to fold it like a Crunchwrap and they will and it gets more meat added for free

In my area, the burrito is $1.99, and adding beef is $1.10, so this creation comes to $3.09 at my local taco bell, not under $2 as advertised in this video
