Calf Pasture and Shady Beach during Hurricane Irene

This was Calf Pasture Beach in CT just before the middle of Irene made landfall around 9AM on 8/28/2011. Sustained winds were around 40-45mph but the worst part was the the surge that flooded immediate coastal areas at high tide about an hour or two aftere this.
