I do believe when you switch to inverted with GPS engaged you up will be up and down will be down, great feature!! Please look it up on other videos available before you apply this feature!!

When you hit the invert switch in easy mode direction does not change, up is up and down is down, when you switch to expert mode it’s when it changes, up is down and down is up, right?

How did you know to do all of this? I didn’t get any instructions with mine, nothing. Mine fly’s great out of the box, I wasn’t sure how to invert because the switch says Forward and Invent. I didn’t know what invent meant. And I didn’t ever use the run switch. I found out about the 3D switch by accident but was able keep it in the air because the controls were way more sensitive. You explain things really good but blocked the calibration with your body. Got a good laugh out of it. Keep your information coming. I’ve learned a lot from you. Thanks Ed

I’ll do a video soon to give you the full details of this aircraft. I received a user/instruction manual in the box as a ready to fly from FlyWing. I’m happy you were able to have great successful flights! The switch should say invert, you can relabel the RC transmitter. I’ll also remake the videos so there’s us no obstructions...lol, sorry. Thank you for your input, I’m still in the learning process, but willing to help as I go because it’s a fun and great beginner helicopter to fly at park with spectators watching. Safe Flights!

Hey, really useful video! I'm thinking of buying the RTF version. Where did you buy it from? If you got the RTF version, did it come with everything you need to get up and running (flight battery + battery charger, all the electronics e.g. servos, ESC, cables for GPS calibration etc.)? Thanks :)

to just remove the magnet. and it started connecting with in about 10 seconds. I haven't had a problem since. But yeah I tried re calibration several times and even replaced the GPS and it didn't work.

Hiya Robin what a pain "Calibration" why can,nt they do it like the drones !!! ordered mine 5 weeks ago "Bang-good" still waiting let me know when its flying its seems their new model the "200" has bluetooth for calibration Heli sales will take-off when GPS is fittted as they will be easy to fly .

I actually prefer this type of calibration. I just wish it was a app so I could plug my helicopters to my phone app instead of the computer.

So you can calibrate the compass inside the house you don't need to be outside to do this???and can you fly this without going through this calibration process?and how is that done a answer would be much appreciated.

No, you it will not let you fly with out a compass calibration and getting GPS lock.

@@05rickie I don't who that is. My would not let me arm with out doing the calibration and then getting a GPS fix. None of the videos I have watched for anyone else with one has said anything about just flying it out of the box with no calibration step. Even in the 3d manual mode mine wont arm until it gets a GPS lock. I would love to know how to do this.

Yes, for me I was able to calibrate the compass and acquire a gps lock indoors. This may not work for everyone though. NO please DO NOT FLY WITHOUT STARTUP PROCEDURES.

My H1 takes off automaticly in the air. Where can i adjust this in the software? I don't want it to take off automaticly in the height after hitting the run switch. Having the same transmitter btw.

Hey, I’m not sure…I haven’t flown that helicopter in over a year so I’ll have to do my research again and read the manual and I’ll make a few videos about the H1. But I do remember if you want the helicopter to feel looser/aerobatic you can switch to 3D Mode before you take off, start the motors and gradually increase your throttle to 30% for a smoother take off. I really hopes this helps! Stay Fly!

Yes, in a space that’s near windows but I highly recommend doing the calibration in your front or back yard.

In the GPS mode, the cyclic is not working. The heli will not go forward or backward, side to side, or spin. The collective works: I can take off, hover, and land. In the software, the bars showing all the transmitter movements moves all the bars. Does the cyclic only work in the 3D mode? Thank you.

Something is not programmed correctly, or your servos are not connected properly. Or just bad.

If you just get flashing yellow forever try resetting the H1 in the software and go through calibration again. When you connect the software to the H1 it will tell you about errors such as needing calibration or to low of a power setting on the left side of screen.

Because the location that you were in can not pick up the gps signal. You can still flying in 3D mode. To fly in gps mode, move to a new location or wait a few minutes to see if it connects. If it doesn’t, unplug the battery and the plug it back in, then wait about 2-3 minutes, then put your switch in gps mode, then down and out on both sticks to activate gps mode. Good luck!

I’m not sure. I don’t know exactly what you need help with because of your grammar. Look up the online manual for the transmitter and receiver you plan to use.
