Me too, I think the same thing. It's funny, my husband just came into the bedroom (we're getting ready for bed) he said, "I can hear that eagle all the way out into the livingroom". I tell him what's going on (mind you it's the 2nd time in watching this) he says that Spirit is a little "brat". How dare he! 🤣 Then I remind him of how she will have to survive in the wild and tend to her own survival skills, that J&S are simply teaching her lessons on being aggressive. I think he's starting to understand better. 😁

Spirit's landings seem to be getting much more controlled.. I love watching her fly in; squeee'ing.. To me, its sounds joyous, almost like she is giggling... 🦅🌿 The squeee'ing, while she is on the nest;, well, thats a different story... 😅

The only thing that quiets Spirit is when she can step in to claim the leftovers !!! Her innate and voracious appetite will eventually be the impetus for her to develop her hunting skills.

That was interesting! I don't think I have seen Shadow act like that before, sitting up over Jackie as she ate, then stepping down and approaching Spirit like he was going to steal the fish from her. I wondered what the teaching moment was there. When she was alone, she just pancaked, must have been a hard morning. Such curious creatures but you just got to love them.
