@@TamiresCaron Having anaemia won't stop you from part taking in activities. She didn't know at the time but now she does know so she takes her prescribed medication. She is still able to perform well, despite the medical condition. Persons with anaemia are affected differently; so it sounds as if you are pining the fact that she has anaemia for her to not be able to perform at her best. Correct me if I'm misinterpreting what you were saying though

Also smoed had two stunt falls and a bobble and came out in 3rd place, what do you think will happen when they hit. BSB have a good routine but are vulnerable in certain areas, no team is perfect. As the saying goes when smoed hit they win, it isnt over till they hit the worlds mat day 2.

This routine was hyped for way too long for it to be this lackluster and not even consistent at least. They literally started competing last month, why did they wait so long? Their routine from last year and the year before were good and the music was awesome and this year’s music, even though I know it’s intended to be a throwback, just isn’t good and sounds like 2013. Not even trying to sound rude but how did this routine take so long to get together to compete when it’s nothing innovative like the years before? They don’t have anything uber difficult that I could see taking a while to perfect besides maybe the switch 1.5. I hope they get it together for worlds and change stuff so it’s more consistent and unique but worlds are only a month away. This just isn’t their year, it’s clearly Brandon’s. Never thought I’d see smoed as a 3rd place team. Hopefully next year they get new flyers who are more flexible and confident and they murder the small coed division because this is a token competitor routine. This isn’t threatening to BSB or Reign, it’s just sort of there.

At the end of the summer, they had a bunch of athletes leave, then they didnt have enough boys and they never had a full roster until maybe october or november. It wasnt them working on the routine, it was getting athletes and teaching them the routine and working on the routine.

daniela godfrey odd, wouldn’t think that a team like SMOED would have trouble filling up a team. They have so many athletes though at California all stars that are on junior 6 teams or open teams, I feel like it wouldn’t be that hard to fill up a small team roster and that everyone would want to be on SMOED. I don’t go there and I’m not a coach so it’s probably not as easy as it sounds. I just hope they at least clean up what they have if they don’t change stuff, their ripples are off after the inversion and for the baskets. Everyone else is meh and is more of a matter of hitting. I don’t get why they chose some of the stunts they do because Brandon does more textbook stuff (minus the inversion handstand split to arabesque) and they always get near perfect scores for stunts and those stunts are way more consistent and easier than the one’s SMOED do. I think next year will be good for them, this year though their routine just lacks so much compared to other small teams and I wouldn’t be surprised if they finish 4th again. Hope they prove me wrong though.

Routine/comp aside, their series on YT far outshines “Cheer” on Netflix and everyone should watch it. Eddie and Or are amazing coaches and the team is so interesting to get to know. They’re hard working as all get up no matter what happens. And for the record... I lived in the Brandon, Florida area for about four years... I was a competitive cheerleader my whole life growing up until graduating high school, and a successful one, not on an unknown team.. and upon going to college, I had NEVER heard of Brandon All Stars. Maybe I’m just not in the know, but I pay pretty close attention to cheer, and I never saw them out in the community, performing or even doing fundraising. Idk what that means, but to me, it doesn’t make me a fan. As a solid competitive cheerleader leaving high school, I should’ve known about them but I didn’t (before the days of online everything)... I hope they’re great, but they weren’t very involved in our community back then. That matters (to me)
