Black Lives Matter has never said that All lives don't matter. The point of BLM is that there is a disparity that exists. That black people aren't treated equally... Until black lives matter as much as all lives than BLM will always be a movement. The whole point of All lives matter is to discredit the movement that pushes for equal justice for black people. It is a protest to the BLM protest despite both groups wanting fundamentally the same thing. I get that some people might not understand, but others have no excuse. Outgunned Unicum it’s really more of the fact that there is no national standard for law enforcement so it varies rather dramatically. In my town it’s an amazing relationship between the police and the public, in our protests there are police that will stay at the cars and just stand guard while other members of the force partake in the protest themselves. National guard is...well, an organized and disciplined militia. So even compared to good professional police forces the national guard will always be more professional.

The guard as well as the military are well trained to deal with civil unrest . They've been training at FEMA detention centers for years . They also have been doing plain clothes psy ops in every major city for 6 years.
