One SHARK "Angel" drone causes the California Highway Patrol and the Fresno County Sheriff's Department to totally lose their cool for two straight days.
Why? The drone was watching California's largest feedlot. Does the Harris Feeding Company have something to hide?

To those who claim that the title of this video is click bait, we completely disagree.
When we say "cops lose it," some people may think we mean merely their temper, but the cops lost so much more with their nonsense - credibility, dignity, honor, reputation, public trust, respect, professionalism - things that are so much more important than a mere temper tantrum.
Some folks have taken issue when Mr. Hindi's statement that the cops claimed it was private property. The cops claimed lots of things - that it was private property, public property, and that they didn't know whose property it was, even though our camera caught the person from Harris telling the cops it is public property.
Cop statement at 1:59:
"…private property, which isn’t necessarily true, but you are on state property right here is the waterway, and no one is allowed on this property, I’m going to ask you to leave." (which we did not do, and did not need to do)
3:38 When asked why she is taking photos, the laughably overdressed police officer states: “Well it’s to identify you guys that you’re trespassing."

My uncle Luke when he was still with us in the late 70's would buy calves at Harris Ranch. I myself have been on this ranch many times and I can tell you first hand Harris meats feed the cows ground cardboard mixed with their own waste, I've seen it with my own eyes many times. I will not purchase Harris meats and after watching this I can still smell the stench.

I land my airplane at Harris every time I fly by....you get a discount if you have a pilots license (apparently you eat free if your a cop too). Best tasting prime rib I've ever had...ever. Truth is...Harris does have a feed yard just for specific cattle that is only served at their restaurant/resort. Carl's just being a douche bag. the part the CHP officer kept saying he wasnt here yesterday, the point was the cowboy pickups drivers were there yesterday and knew no one did anything wrong, its misuse of both police in the field and calling communications (as in maybe not 911 but the call center) no one is saying they called 911, if they did these pricks are more cowards then i thought. In a 2015 survey only 10.8% of the population was in contact with the police that was initiated by the police. 10.7% of the population has contacted the police in a situation where they initiated contact. White people are a few percent more likely to have contact with the police than other races. Police were more likely to initiate contact with males, females were more likely to initiate contact with police than males. When police initiated the contact, blacks (5.2%) and Hispanics (5.1%) were more likely to experience the threat or use of physical force than whites (2.4%), and males (4.4%) were more likely to experience the threat or use of physical force than females (1.8%). That having been said old school police were a whole different type when compared to these younger officers. The older crowd understood that their livelihood was directly linked to the citizens they were in contact with. Without the citizens and the revenue those citizens generate there simply isn't any money to pay law enforcement. That's an important thing to remember when you pull over a father in a 20 year old vehicle just doing his best to put his kids through school because he paid most likely paid for a portion of everything the officer pulling him over uses on a day to day. In my case I've had so much trouble with corruption that I bought dash cams and I have a lawyer on standby, I've literally shown an officer the statute showing that I was operating within the law and was written up anyway. Once you've established that you were not breaking the law writing a citation is breaking the law, their hope is that you'll simply have to pay the fine and that you won't be able to fight for what's right. When I was young I simply paid the fine so I didn't miss work but then I started to think about the example I was setting for my kids and the precedent that was being set.

I didn't have to scroll too far down to see someone post the exact things I was seeing and hearing from the officer. To add to it, he said it was a waterway which in addition to other locations like high-voltage power lines or transformer substations, public utilities, etc., most locales do in fact grant no permission to the public to be in these zones. It's also correct that the FAA doesn't say these drones are in violation as some are pointing out, but personal drones are such a new thing that legislation hasn't had the time to move through yet; laws are coming and pilot licenses are the beginning. To add to that, there are numerous court cases popping up where owners of said private property have either shot down or had a drone crash on their property and the decisions are so far unanimously granting legal right-of way to the land owner of whatever invades their air space. The catch in the legal field is that air-space is attached to the land property but in some silly cases, the two can have separate owners but there's an owner one way or another. Time to move on to seeing someone fight for their cause without bending non-fiction to their will.

I'm not from US, but from E-EU and our organically grown beef looks like that a few hours after it's been cut. In the supermarkets however, imported meats on always look red, even after a week, due to atmospheric packaging with carbon monoxide that doesn't let the meat "oxidize" and turn grey. I just did some research on this looking for citations or fines and anything of the sort. I didn't find anything. This is all on the up and up and in the wide open not tucked back in some secret hideaway. It saddens me that I, a UK citizen, know more about your rights than you do. HNTR KLLR was right but left out the suspiscion of commiting a crime clause. Yet, even in this case, they have to be able to articulate what that suspiscion is. It's good to be helpful and polite, & that applies to the police too. They should never use the question of ID as a power-play, but only in the performance of their duties. You should take a look at some of those classic war time dramas. The bad guys are always in uniform & demand to see your papers. My first experience with this feed lot was on vacation when I was 10. And in my younger military days I'd "cannonball" between San Diego and Portland. Always dreading that particular stretch. It wasn't until several years ago that I actually paid attention to the immense sea of putridness. And during that particular trip I also noticed another big feed lot somewhere near the I-5/99 split. But aside from that..interesting confrontation and I'm glad the drones won the day.

Hi Steve, I have to confess, I have never been all that big on animal rights, though I do deplore cruelty of any kind. Having seen 1 or 2 of your previous vids, I have to say, I admire what you are doing. Does that drone camera have zoom lenses? Those guys are (& I would bet real money on this) hiding something that they don't want the public to know. Sure, they wanted to make a point & demonstrate their power (probably not comprehending that fact that they are only evidencing their own & the Fresno County Sheriff's Department's corruption) but, consider that remark which you pointed out in this video, made by the guy who called the goons out; "This is state property." He must have hoped that these deputies, had juristiction, & could tell you to leave, legally. He was anxious & angry, as were his colleagues (look closely at their body language) & they were willing to put a great deal of their own & others time & resources into getting you out of there. I trained in psychotherapy & worked with some difficult law breakers in my time - a long time ago - but there are some things you don't forget. In my humble opinion, those guys have got "guilty" written all over them. It's hard to believe that this type of thing is still going on in a modern democracy; undermining all that our people have sacrificed so much for, at home & over seas in the very homeland of democracy; Something which, as an Englishman, I am truely grateful for & respectful of. Being a flyer of both air planes and copters (for 30 years) I have been through this more times than I care to remember. I was threatened with arrest even though I had a letter in my possession saying I had permission to be there. I must admit the cops were very professional and polite. Turns out the person who really had the problem with us was a home owner near our field. Anyway the owner of the land eventually told us we had to leave as people were telling him they would sue him should one of our planes crash on his land and damage something. Welcome to the police state in which we now live.

Depends on the situation here. Were you flying beyond the field, over neighborhoods, their houses, cars, etc....? Yeah, I wouldn't appreciate that shit either. A lot of RC stuff is also loud and obnoxious, especially the equipment going back as far as you've been in the hobby. Helicopters are especially noisy. I wouldn't want to listen to that shit all day either and I enjoy the hobby.

That's not entirely true. Friesian and Holstein cows have been around for thousands of years. Yes, they were captured and used as cattle for both dairy and beef before they were crossbred due to the fact that one produced milk faster and one grew larger allowing for more beef and it made sense to cross breed them to have the best of both worlds, but it's not like these two animals never existed and didn't exist in nature. We have taken them out of nature, and despite the fact that we cross bred them, you might as well say that dogs don't exist in nature because we bred them from wolves, yet there are plenty of wild dogs now because they are not worth as much as cows (meaning that no one would just allow a cow to be a cow). We have captured cattle from the beginning of time, but that doesn't mean they don't exist in nature. It simply means we removed the from the wild.

As for "piles of feces," each time a cow takes a crap, they build a pile of feces right behind them. Now if you were standing right behind that cow, you could catch it in a bucket, or at least try to spread it flat with a rake. Would you like to start your new job at dawn next Monday morning?
