Although i appreciate all the efforts, i don't think it is right to block people from their animals and then send out a "dedicated phone line," after they have died or gotten lost or injured. Finding your pet is top priority and residents should have been able to rescue pets BEFORE they died or got shipped to different states!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

If I’m not mistaken I think I saw that adoption fees will be lowered meaning peoples pets are being adopted out before their true owners get a chance to reclaim them
