There were no 18st's in the Palms in 2000 to 2008 or 2010 because we were actively out there bangin' in the Palms in the early 2000's, when we were at war with the BYSHC's, and we would have seen them clashing with the Westside LocosK too, on the walls and in person. There were no 18st's in West L.A., well except for some that tried to claim a very small section of West L.A. off of La-Cienega and Venice, behind the 10 freeway, but that was way back in the 1990's and that area became CFL13's hood and Westside LocosK. The Westside Locos were sharing a little section with the Helms 13's too, some of them lived in the Palms as well, but like I said in another comment, we had homies in the Palms the entire time, including when Snoop Dogg's bodyguard shot ol boy.
