This is a tag team with BOA and Cali EDD. It is not a one sided thing. And EDD forces you to use BOA for the deposit of the funds.

I dropped this bank back in the 90s when they emptied my account and some how claimed I owed them 888888.00 dollars. It was finally settled but was a pain to deal with!

The question of the big picture. Why would Bank of America have any power what so ever to take money benefits that the state pays out to people?!!! WTH???!!!
@bookworm54643 жыл бұрын
Forefather Thomas Jefferson warned us a long time ago, "If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered." - This quotation is often cited as being in an 1802 letter to Secretary of the Treasury Albert Gallatin, and/or "later published in The Debate Over the Recharter of the Bank Bill (1809)." Also, if interested, here is a animated entertaining video about what happened to the collapse of the american dream kzbin.info/www/bejne/o3qsaoGQbbKAjK8

How does an unemployed person have $10,000 in benefits in their account??
@Coecoebrown3 жыл бұрын
It’s easy, if you are advised you’ll get $1500 a month once you apply and EDD took 6 months to pay out because of backlogs etc. after they “awarded” you money, the back pay adds up.

Back in the days when the Banks like Bof A were in trouble, the government bail them out with the tax payer's money. Now BofA needs to be accountable to help the people. We shouldn't have bail them out back in those days !!!

My experience with BofA is that they are crooks. They overcharged me, when one of their tellers caught it they told me to ask for a refund. BofA gave a six month refund, kept the rest. I changed banks, and moved my home loan, cancelled my credit card. I had never been late with a payment. I wrote to them to ask if they thought cheating me out of a few hundred dollars was worth losing a good customer. No answer. You, and everyone, can do better without BofA.

Bank of America is a freakin joke. I am surprised they don't charge their customers for the air they breathe while waiting in line. They closed the last three branches where I had accounts. Turnabout is fair play, I closed out my account a decede ago and haven't looked back. F B of A.
