California's State Fair 2024, New attractions, calibunga Sacramento update, and a hypnosis show??

My family and I have a trip planned to the Sate Fair every year! That's the tradition! We always hit up the art exhibits and never forget the Motocross show! Those Cinnamon Rolls are cool to see being made!

Great video! Glad to see you had a fun time, as usual. We were at the State Fair last July 22, and it was brutally hot out, over 100 degrees while walking around the fairgrounds. It was pretty miserable, but we made the best of our day there.

Milos corndogs are the best, Joes chocolate dipped cheese curds is a winner this year, Pepes Sandia pop is super unique, Fry Burger (YES), and Bacon maple cinnamon roll are all must tries. Mendo Dope is coming on Saturday to perform in the Cannabis tent. Cannabis tent was a vibe later in the day, supper mellow and not busy at all. Puffco on saturday as well

Cool video Eldon! Always like watching the random excursions you go on, they all look fun. Would you say the ride lineup at the state fair is worth it? I plan on going but when I’ve seen some other fairs and the rides they have, it seems like it’s too small. Also, do you remember any of the prices, like the wristbands etc?

@elcompa_danii482 Thanks!! I'm glad you enjoy them 😁 As far as the ride line up, yeah! I think if I return, I'm definitely getting the unlimited wristband. It's 44$ but worth it as the average ticket count for a ride is 5-6 tickets. I got the 18 ticket wristband for 20$ and ended up adding more. So there is always that route.

@Dlee4000 Thanks! 😊 I ended up buying the ticket at the gate because I was having issues trying to buy a ticket online. Still wasn't bad. I believe it was 18$. The wristband was 20$ for 18 tickets. You can always add more tickets if you find a ride you'd wanna jump on.
