No wonder Oakland has serious problems with crime, homelessness, store break in, and car thefts. That is what many stores and restaurants are closing in Oakland.

The East Bay sure is getting worse, but I know the only best place to live in the East Bay which is in the Tri-Valley area, you know, Pleasanton, Livermore, and Dublin CA (not to be confused with Dublin, Ireland). Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, the S.F. Peninsula and Silicon Valley are thriving, but what about Marin County? Is it thriving too, even though it have a lot of tourists there?

It’s been quite a year since there hasn’t been a San Francisco video & I honestly like that series. San Francisco metro freeways are in my opinion one of the most beautiful & certainly a treat (When traffic is moving ofc) Also, did you know that Oakland is among the most dangerous city in the U.S.A? I actually never knew that until recently, while I was aware that some other cities, like Detroit, Cleveland & St-Louis. At least it’s not that awful as Haïti, where recently, they’ve got their most violent period in 3 years! Effectively, during the first 3 months of 2024, over 2500 peoples got either killed or injured. I already talked about that situation more in-depth earlier

Correct me if I'm wrong, because this was the same day after you filmed through Sacramento. Also, take note of this, as you cross the tunnel while driving along CA 24, you'll cross the county line of both counties of the East Bay, and since you crossed the tunnel driving west, you exited Contra Costa County and entered Alameda County.
