California - the Golden State, the destination of many a pioneer, dreaming of striking it rich during the Gold Rush, and dream destination still today because of its dry warm climate all year round. (I know. I grew up there. It is quite awesome despite the occasional earthquake. They weren't really that scary. We had a fire once - that was scarier. And the snakes my brother brought home. They always escaped and ended up scaring my mom when they were found hiding in her shoes in the closet. Fun!) Miles of sandy beaches, rugged coastlines, endless deserts and huge Redwoods in the forested areas in Northern California, you can hardly find such a variety of breathtaking landscapes in any other state. Snowboarding, skiing and surfing in one area. That's pretty rare. Don't forget the lure of glam, tech and those surfers. Plus there aren't a lot of sharks around because the Pacific is cold along the Californian Coast. Yep. We were surprised too.

Thanks for the incredible documentaries. I have one question. Is it possible to post documentaries for the distend past, about live millions of years ago.

Please film Catalina island also 🙏the little island has so many species and it's beautiful. I don't wish for mass tourism, is it possible?🤫

Now I understand why there are sea kelp on the beach during low tide! The only creatures missing here are the tiny sea creatures living in the tide pods in Southern California, so fun to watch them. Going beach 🏕camping next week for my solo spring break 😎 my favorite California experience!
