"First city out of japan to install" Sems pointless to say that

A carrier electrical signal like in broadcasting...carries a signal in or out to a satellite...the carrier signal is the transport signal but many other intelligent signals are attached to this carrier signal. Those attached signals are the working signals designed for the initial purpose. The initial purpose is embedded in the aftermath of the event...and it is an event. So earthquake resistant pipes are just blowing smoke up the kazoo. Plus those pipes are already made to withstand seismic pressures...consider underground tunneling MICRO-TUNNELING...The pipes are designed to withstand extreme longitudinal pressure during installation...these pipes are very strong. The pipe bell housing head and seals are highly designed as well as the tail ring suited for high pressure pushing and compaction. The structure and design of the new piping with benefit mostly underground dwellers...governmental skinks so to speak.
