I really wish they would divide the spinning moves from the hold moves. Imo all that spinning stuff ain't calisthenics anymore and it's to sloppy to be called gymnastics either. A planche is calisthenics. Spinning around a horizontal pole with bad form ain't. EDIT 8:37 Right there. Double backflip to face plant and he's still proud about it. Dangerous and unnecessary. I used to do gymnastics and all I can say is either learn to do it properly or don't do it all.

Love the strength moves. I wish there would be some form standards on the rotations as they look a bit haphazard- I realize the athletes are trying to generate enough speed to complete the skill wonder if it would look cleaner with either closed legs or some other form standard to give rotational skills some uniformity.
