I love that all of these gymnastics based strength exercises are becoming so popular! Not only is it is the basis for all movements, but it's a ton of fun too! From NYC to the Czech Republic, right on!

Ey fellas, I'm impressed with this stuff you are doing. I want to get started, but was thinking that I could use a little advice. I'm 22 years old, 188cm, 85 kg, and I have weight lifted for 8 years, so I was wondering if I would be able to see good results in a year with 1 and a half hour/day, doing this kind of workout. Thanks for the inspiration! Btw, I can do one muscle-up and 25 pull-ups.

Vendo eles fazer isso, até parece que é fácil, uma brincadeira de criança! Os dois estão de parabéns. Simplesmente fantástico. Abraços do Brasil.

Guys this is amazing and great for inspiration. But what concerns me the most is your diet. I don't know if you have already posted this but it would greatly HELP everyone if you can tell us your weekly diets. If we could know that we could start from that and start getting in shape. Thank you guys. You are amazing. Keep it up.

Absolutely agree, bro! One never knows his own limits. I've never been the type of fight guy when I was a little kid and I started doing boxing 2 years ago. Now I give heat to most of the guys at my gym. So everything is a matter of time, dedication and effort :) Keep it up, bro! Greetings from Bulgaria

Hi. How often do you work out ? I've trained hard since last autumn twice a week on the bars and can do 18 pull ups, 40 dips and 70-100 push ups, depends on the day. I think it's a good time to get on higher level like muscle ups or flag pole for instance. Anyway your training is impressive. Keep going mate. Grettings from Poland.

Even though they have showed leg exercises in these videos, let me tell you that calisthenics do also involve legs; it's just that , in general, legs exercises are closer to be fitness rather than workout so what's why you don't usually see it in videos

All depends on you : how you trained, how long, your height/weight, etc... I know someone who does Lafay method (bodyweight exercise) and he tried to bench, he could do 3 sets of 8 reps at 80kgs (he practices since 3 years). But this is just ONE example, maybe some can do more as same as some would do less.

thanks for the answer; one more question: so for building pure strenght you work with 90 - 100% maximum and you do like 1 - 3 reps, but can you combine these two, building muscle and strenght; and one more question, what do you think about full body workouts;my workout: i first do 5 - 6 reps for chest and back then 8 - 10 reps for legs and biceps and 15+ reps for shoulders and triceps then i rest one day and then I rotate chest and back 15+ reps legs and biceps 5 - 16 reps and so on thanks again

yap u nailed it on the head yes u can still add some muscle with high reps but will be up to a certain limit especially with bodyweight exercises so to add more mass the barbell and dumbells with weights exercises come in.
