Best Triceps in the industry. I’ve seen a lot if body builders but something about calisthenics that makes your body show more veins and raw muscle.

Thank you for making this video. I’ve been looking for a beginner tutorial video on straight arm strength. I’ve been doing the X3 bar program for over a year now and I’ve made great improvements to my strength and body composition. But I’ve been disappointed with my arm growth. I’m thinking I need to incorporate straight arm strength into my without routine to stimulate more arm fibers. Your tutorial has shown me where start. I’m going to add the first step to my workouts next week and see how they feel. I want to stimulate more bicep fibers. Plus I’m very interested in learning the planche and this will be a starting place.

Nycc video man... U are too good in explaining the moves... It is well said that put science behind everything... U use science... Can u tell how many pushups, pull ups, dips one should have to move forward?? Plzz
@AbnormalBeings6 жыл бұрын
Id say set yourself a target of 10 pull ups, 20-30 dips, 50 push ups as a base level of strength before training statics

I do both weight lifting and bw training...calisthenics save your joints in the long run but weight training with moderate weight is acceptable.

Are you supposed to feel it on your joint? I get the feeling that my arm's gonna snap in half even with my scaps pushed out and correct postition

When I see all the pressure that's applied onto the elbows I'm asking myself if straight arm strength is dangerous for our joints or not ? 😅 Because as long as you keep a tension in your muscles is that enough ? 😆 Thanks for the replies if you can help me 😂
