I need to make some decisions about my training. I'm liking your routines. I'm not sure I want to keep up training to beat my 2 goals. Tonight is when I'll let my training partners take hard fee punches to my abs. It's definitely not at all fun but I'm getting a lot better at it. But the goal I set is insane--and mostly because Anton inspired me. I also feel my dedication to sit ups and training to do 1 set of 500 is not serving me well. Tonight will be my last night letting myself got so beat up. Recovery is also not fun. Thanks for your dedication come cold weather or not. You've been a better inspiration. I will tell my training partners AFTER tonight's workout that it's our last one for throwing punches. I think they might try to make this last one really hard on me. They would do that from what I've seen. Great guys but still. And tbh I've not looked forward to Friday night's abs workouts. And if I can't enjoy my workouts I really find it hard to be motivated. Thanks.

@@Shimidzufitness I feel relieved that I abandoned my 2 goals. The skin on my tailbone got chewed up and some undies a bit bloody. So many bad memories of growing up. The guys were ok with me not continuing with taking such hard punches. But they want me not to give up on that completely. Just not full power and not so fucking many each Friday. I have to say I dreaded Friday night workouts and that's not how I should train. Thanks.

Any tips on how to predominantly hit chests with dips? I tried different angles, but it just doesn't work for me, so I usually mix them with wide grip push ups to do the job.
