Good job man. Don’t give up weighted pull ups. They can be quite humbling depending on the day, but I honestly believe they are the key to becoming a bodyweight master

Weighted Pull ups are the best back builders. But in the video the bag is on your back getting you pulled backwards. For next time try putting it infront of your body or what I do is cross the straps and put your legs in the between so you can pull it up your waist, creating a sort of weight belt. Great video man.

Your pulling with your feet on the monkey bar could also be with a backpack of weights. I love your variety using this great outdoor equipment. I had an instant thought. I hope to buy a house this summer and I live outside of a small town with some acreage and woods. It might be great to build my own outdoor workout playground. I love your set up and inspired by your consistency.

@@Shimidzufitness I don't know where I'll be next. I'm restless here but not eager to just jump to just anywhere. I do like the small house I'm renting. I worried that buying would tie me down for a long time but then--you being a tax advisor--got me thinking about this as an investment property when I do leave. My new housemate is paying $650/mo which he thinks is a great deal and cheaper than his old lease. The total rent I pay is $1000 so he's helping me a lot The property is large and has woods around it and cornfields near. I can easily develop the property. Anton is in construction and a gymnast so can help me with the design and the build but I'll want to pay him. So this unexpected income will come in handy. And I would love to learn a lot about home remodeling from him. And to get to spend more time with him. He's 2 years younger than me but his life experience is more than mine. Me training to take hard punches makes me appreciate what he went through when he got beat up but also how amazing his abs are. I want to get married and have kids but right now I feel I need to explore where I want to be and from there find a wife. I need to move away from my hometown or I'll end up like others in my hometown. I DO NOT WANT THAT. Thanks for your channel. When I first saw the video KZbin recommended I saw that your physique is similar to mine. And you are doing fun workouts. Anton is from Ukraine and you are from the UK--two different U countries! Seriously tho thanks.

Maybe for Christmas gift get an official weighted vest for these workouts. I think you'd use them for years. I use the chain belt which keeps the weight more in my center of gravity. We had a mini heat wave come through and our midwest temps reached almost 60° So my new housemate Jeff and I went to the park to workout but was filled with enough kids so we went to the high school. We did pull ups and hanging leg lifts. Last summer I was inspired to try front levers but never got into those. Jeff's done them more and was fun to try them again. I'd forgotten about the false grip which helps a lot. I hope to see you out there Bruce working out when the snow falls if you get snow.
