Yes on the handstands. GREAT full body exercise. I started those so young in gymnastics that I forget what a great exercise they are. You force your body to use a lot of muscles not developed by other exercises. You also develop a better connection with your nervous system as you try to focus on keeping the handstand still as you can.

Form is so clean even towards the end of the workout. Very cool very nice. Also dunno how much of a purist of body weight stuff you are but get some resistance bands and add in some shoulder specific work if your interested. Thing I love about cali is the longevity. Take care of your shoulders 🫡

@ doesn’t have to be nothing crazy, you get lots of cuff work with push ups etc. but adding in a few shoulder specific exercises might make the world of difference. Keep going 👍🏽

I can't do handstands without walking all over the place. Growing up in wrestling--esp. in HS--we did a lot of wind sprints. You'll be the king of handstand pushups.

Some great variations here Bruce, keeps a basic exercise interesting. Someone else mentioned 'dumbbell pushups', often done with mini-parallettes, or even a couple of house bricks, to give a higher base for the hands so that you can drop deeper at the bottom of a regular push-up. Beginners/older folks will appreciate your easier variations - good to include them as not all your viewers will be as capable as you.

@@Shimidzufitness My parents divorced when we were young. My dad is in the Army stationed in Germany. My older brother does his own thing in another state. I had Christmas with some people from my hometown I've known all my life. They maybe are like my second parents though older than mine. I tried to avoid sugary foods and there was plenty of protein so I ate well.

Very inspiring. I really like the idea you mix exercises (some day pulls, some push, some legs, some fullbody) and do not repeat same stuff every time (still it could be probably more suggested for beginners), I mean it looks like you're really trying to listen to your body. Thanks for the videos!
