Lol I recently tested my maxes and I can deadlift 395(405 with straps), bench 155 with one leg off the ground(I flex my core and quads when pushing for reasons judge me all you want) and squat 225 atg while leaning to one leg or the other(under normal circumstances it's the only way I can get resistance). I deadlift twice a year because I'm in the Army so that's the only one I'm practiced on.

Just a joke, bruh. But if you're not used to it, carrying weights (especially heavy loads) requires techniques and training (just like any sports or calisthenics moves)

Ok but calisthenics athletes destroy with free weights... we make it look easy compared to gym bros because our connective tissue and muscles in general are more conditioned

free weights one false. advanced calisthenics has crazy carryover to weights (except for legs). gymnasts can snatch 120kg on their first try, strong but not necessarily elite calisthencis athletes can benchpress 105, 120kg on their first day at the gym…

one of my friends is a god when it comes to muscle ups or basically anything that chalistenics is backflips,planche,pull up or dips or muscle up becuase of how many times he had to jump over a gate when we were messing around and stuff,like once we were escaping after painting on a mans house who was an asshole to us and he tried to catch us and my friend to fucking launch himself from the gate half way and end up on the other side of the strret and we jumped everything possible and that man was chasing us for like 5-10 minutes not really sure but i know that my friend done a full body chalistenics workout except legs

start small, the impressive skills you see are done by people that have been training for years. at the start you don't really risk anything if you do things in safety, anyway if you wanna learn a new skill look up many tutorials online beforehand, so you can make sure you do it in a safe way

Personally my max weighted pull-up is higher than my max bench press but I never train bench and I do weighted pull-ups twice a week
