A full workout combining bodyweight training (calisthenics) and weight lifting.
BRIEF BIO:
Height: 178cm / 5ft 10in
Weight: 83kg / 183lbs
I'm Tyson, I live in Australia and make fitness/training videos with my sense of humour violently shoved in.
My background is in Olympic weightlifting (2014 State Champion 85kg division) and Gymnastics Strength Training. I hold Strength & Conditioning and Gymnastics coaching qualifications and work as Head Coach at Dalecki Strength in Sydney Australia. I'm the previous world record holder for the highest standing backflip.
The overriding value across my content is to place a high value on our bodies and their development by enjoying the process of learning new skills that increase its worth and enhance your experiences. I also guarantee you will say WTF (out loud) to at least ten videos on my channel.
I post weekly fitness content unlike anything else on KZbin, that's why the clicking the BELL is so great, it gives you dibs before it goes viral ;)

Thank you for the sample man. Range of motion is something I’ve been working on for more than a year now and these seem great to get into more body weight workouts.

Thanks for the video. I did this program last year over the winter and really enjoyed it. Really well balanced for all levels of experience. (It was my first time doing a barbell squat)

Deadlift wasnt part of the program last year. Was there a change?

Awesome to read :) Yah, deadlift was always on there (the Cali program). You may have done the Weightlifting focused program option.

Pull ups are gonna be much cleaner if you just hold that Posterior Pelvic Tilt. Like with the wall hspu, it will be much cleaner if you just do less reps and do them slow. Keep shoulder blades protracted and your elbows locked instead of flaring out.

Thanks. Pull ups were swinging more then i thought lol but i was really focusing on shoulder/chest (minor injury) so think that intention just got lost.

@@TysonE but this is nitpicking like only calisthenics nerds can. I doubt there's a gym bro who could repeat any of it, or even do a pull-up to chest. The rep and set programming is excellent. 👌I would have only added a tuck planche dip maybe. That's easy to progressive overload later and will get more scap protracting strength.
