In regards to BPO. I think they hire another company mainly because of lower salary cost. Am from Puerto Rico , which is a colony from USA , and we get paid a bit less than american ones. Most of us are fully bilingual and americans are mostly not and we have to assist hispanics customers over here. Love how you explain the jargons use in the industry. Great video

I have some questions. I wasn't able to answer the phone call for my final interview twice coz my phone was on silent. Are they still gonna call me again to have the final interview? And my 2nd question is I literally low-balled my self when she asked me.: "what is your expected salary?" Well, I actually tried to play it safe not to tell an specific number but she was demanding an specific amount. So I low-balled myself. If ever that I passed or get a JO from them are they gonna follow the amount that I've said?
