I'm old enough to remember when Crosby, Stills and Nash first came out and they were labeled a supergroup. Three young woman and 50 years later that same label fits perfectly on I'm With Her, Sarah, Sara and Aoife.

Love this" Live from Here" version. Ted Poor's subtle drumming is just perfection. The Fiddle duo with Alex, gives me chills. The vocals are superior to the record. Live, these are ladies are certainly one of the best groups you will ever witness. Aoife moving her capo at the 1:04 mark is not correcting a mistake.

Put simply, this song is less about instrumentation and more about vocal harmony. The "a cappella" quality and beautiful harmony is appreciated. I'm thinking the Recording Academy voters, who selected this song (and I'm With Her) as the Best American Roots Song (62nd Grammy Awards), understood this. In a word, this song, with every note and rest of instrumentation, vocals and lyrics, is sublime.

They are folksingers (essentially) Those of us who have followed folk singing since the late 50's would disagree about the fashion. Long skirts - flowing pants suits - and all INDIVIDUAL. The fashion suits the music genre.
