There is a lot of potential here. I got that Event Horizon vibe as well as the Thing. Just throwing this out there but add a two or three NPC companions as red shirts or a little Among Us twist.

In the first 2 versions of this (offline, with home group), there was a strong impostor motive thrown in the mix. However, I decided that it would've cramped a 2 hour oneshot a little bit too much. Glad you enjoyed the scenario, Smith!
