It works all the time with wladyr primary but not all the time with liliya. unless you use ice lizard with liliya

It’s the best for T4 PvP. Since T4 archers counterattack build sucks due to less defence and firepower. Best is to go full attack build and take the long warfare talent.

Hello, this season increases archery range and reduces base damage by 15%. Do you see a damage shortage because I want to play archery in the T1 season? (I have the T4 piece)

Bertrand with mage if not awakened has lower att stats, lower dmg factor, and has counter disadvantage compared to archers with 15% dmg reduction. Yet you can see a lot of content makers giving credit to Bertrand. So no you shouldn't be having dmg shortage if Bertrand doesn't have dmg shortage

​@@dungnguyentien9208 No personally I don't think that the right move. Waldyr is so much better than Bertrand in that pairing. AOE, debuff, and shield are so much better than that single target low dmg😂

They don't remove base damage they just reduce 15% attack which is not a big deal. You can mitigate that by putting on Archer attack City skin and getting 10% attack manastone
