put frame generation on it will boost your fps but it will feel laggy on gtx cards and 20 series cards but on 30 series cards and 40 series cards it will feel smooth

Frame generation in an online fps is not a great idea, especially at such low frame rates. Also, the added input delay is caused by lower fps, not gpu generation; the lower the fps you have to begin with, the more input delay you will experience when frame generation is enabled.
