Samantha Maxis and Eddie went through to the new universe where Vanguard, BO1, BO Cold War, MW2019 all happens. In the zombies universe which links with war zone I think which might be different from the campaign universe. In this universe, Project aether links to zombies, where they bring zombies from the dark aether. Project Nova is linked to Black Ops 1 where we see Nova 6 gas.
