Motherboard is over volting or he is using a shitty cooler. I’m running on a galahad 360mm aio and I get around 50-65 in warzone. 85-87 in Cinebench.

Serious question here that I hope someone can answer so does bottlenecking mean frame loss as in the GPU won’t push out the full amount of FPS it potentially can because the cpu is holding it back from doing so??

Yes. It can actually be due to other things as well, such as not enough RAM or the RAM being in wrong slots or different timings, insufficient cooling, and even the motherboard. Anything can bottleneck a system if it's not built right. Some bottlenecks are considered ok in budget systems.

Also DLSS only upscales a lower native resolution, hes trying to show his pc's performance with absolutely everything on max, using dlss is like cheating on a benchmark, apart from the fps gain, the game wont look that good anyway

It is very lol how he is using a ground loot gun with 1 attachment that has zero recoil because he is cheating even when using a 4090, which is just sad. I was really questioning if he was completely cheating, so I slowed the video down, and you can see the cheats correcting his on to the target aim way too easily. I wouldn't be surprised if every ground loot gun he picks has basically no recoil in a game where the recoil is insane. There some bs going with the lobby it seem like a crazy low kd lobby or something.

@@Ramje-vy1mb my kd in warzone was 6.8 playing quads sole 90% of the time and a 12.8kd in ground war. The sample fact is I am a far greater player then you there no sample bs you can say to counter the fact your not fighting recoil at all but have clearly used software to remove it. You quite the loser to be cheating why using a nice 4090 graphics card. My record warzone won was 68 kills in quads without dying with no fill on. The ideal that people can legitimately remove the recoil perfectly from all guns is bs and the game developers pacifically made it impossible in warzone 2 so no illegitimate player would actual have no recoil effects knowning cheaters wouldn't be smart enough to realize they coded micro recoil which is faster then the fastest human reaction time. Your just a cheater with nice pc but still a loser. Oh yeah my 68 kill win is a world record and your just another fake auto aiming and recoil removing loser.
