Well this show really got away from us. Somebody decided it would be a good idea to open up our phone lines for you all to call in and obviously it was chaos. Seriously though thanks to everyone that called in with awesome messages. We might have to make this a regular thing. We also had some of the silliest complainers we've had for a while including one man who couldn't figure out how to use a Playstation controller, one lady who couldn't drive properly and was very upset about people pointing it out, a lady who did not like our new AI Karen filter, a man bitching about his blender, a very racist lady who was upset about being asked to leave a taxi for being rude and a lady who couldn't call her own phone company and had to take an IQ test. And a whole lot more fun was had too!

For any Lyft drivers out there, my question is whether drivers manually input destination addresses into their GPS unit, or if all of this is automatically done for them by the Lyft App, based on the address that the customer had submitted. The Lyft passenger either entered in the wrong destination or the Lyft driver did. Either way, if a Lyft driver asks you to exit their personal vehicle, you are legally obligated to comply, if the reason is due to your behavior or the trip coming to a conclusion. Beat thing to do is separate yourself from the driver and contact Lyft later, to resolve any complaint.

It’s set by customer only. Can ONLY go to where pre set by the customer upon requesting the ride in the app before the ride starts unless he/she changes the route through the app themselves during the ride. Same on Uber. Source: veteran rideshare driver here
