Wait a minute, optifit changes loft but not face angle? Did I hear correctly? I've always read/heard that face angle will change when you adjust loft. Btw could u link the higher swing speed video Thomas mentions Thanks! 1 last thought, it would have been much better imo if Drew did the club adjustments and let Jackie hit uninformed so as prevent possible bias.. Keep it coming fellas

I have my Epic Max set at N, +1, with the weight set in the middle of the track. I'm a senior playing with a UST Mamiya Recoil ES 440/F2. Funny, with all those details, I've never actually gotten in a simulator to see if the settings are right for me. I will say that I'm lucky if I ever hit my drive 200 yards, but I'm happy to say that I don't battle with a slice. The downside is my contact is inconsistent, although I do seem to hit a lot off the toe. Thanks for the great info.

Just bought this driver. Would u recommend on trying the weight on the club all the way to the heel to help stop a slice?

The adapter has more effect than weight for closing face. The weight is a fine tune.

This was awesome!! Thank you Jackie & Drew. Jackie, as the Master Fitter, maybe you can answer this question for me. I own the Rogue ST Max driver & I had a green dot optifit hosel put on my MMT Xtra Stiff shaft to lower the loft down to 8.5*. Since the Max has a slight draw bias, will that draw bias still work with the face opened by lowering it 2*? Also, how many degrees is it open at 8.5? I love the tempo of your swing. It’s effortless. At least to my 66yo eyes. It’s really a great swing.

I will have to get Jackie to read these comments but I can help answer. It will still be a touch draw bias but with less loft on the driver it is harder to draw the ball. Not sure the exact amount with the Callaway COG. Callaway tell us that they COG changes work independently - Thomas

Hi Jackie & Drew great 👍 Video lots of different dispersion patterns, I thought when you use -settings it also opened the face & + settings closed the face(is this correct) and was surprised when Jackie altered the setting from standard to-1deg she hit it straighter (not so far right) any thoughts? It depends on the manufacturers hosel. Callaway will say their COGs loft and lie changes are independent of each other while if you change for example a TaylorMade hosel setting it opens and closes the face certain degrees - Thomas

@@2ndswing Thanks Thomas you have corrected my thoughts on Callaway hosel settings, I am just off to the practice ground with my new Rogue Max D Driver to try out some more adjustments (with my PRGR launch monitor) which I find very helpful when practicing I have my average swing speeds, Ball Speeds, & Distances noted down for Driver to Pitching Wedge & use them to check how I am swinging on the day, I increase my swing speed from 69 to 80mph with Driver following your training Video’s (using speed stick training) having a little problem maintaining speed now 78-79mph, Thanks Dickey 9hcp 75year Senior Golfer

Clubs in stock are very quick if it's on our website. For custom orders it depends on the manufacturers delivery time which can vary a lot. But if its in stock on our website it should ship within a day! - Thomas

I just came across this video, and I see a flaw, that is …. What I see, (my opinion). She hit that better on the white circle, I understand your demonstrating the difference in adjustment but what I see is possibly a flaw that can make a difference in the results

pretty much shows that at sub 90 mph swing speed, the adjustments don't really affect much.

The differences are subtle and I would need a lot more shots to really test the statistical significance of the differences. My best guess is that at Jackie's swing speed there is an overlap between the settings but the differences are real and relevant to slower swing speeds

The further the ball goes the further the ball can curve a certain direction. 90 mph to 110 mph will make a big difference on offline shots - Thomas
