Moving from Melbourne to Perth, Ellenbrook is on the Radar, when will this line be up and running?
@DrewsRailwayWorld2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching, the date currently being published is late 2024, so far dates look good as state/ fed finances are in place and work is progressing on schedule, the WA government faces elections March 2025 so they will be wanting it on their achievements list. But.... Drew

Perth projects take ages. If you move now it could be a few years. Works are happening now though

@@namanish450 hi, yep it's all being down to labour shortages atm, but like you say at least you can see some progress all over Metro Perth ...Drew

Why dont transperth does line to Bullsbrook and helps defence force personnel get planes to Sydney and Melbourne and Brisbane alnd other places around Australia also and express line up to dongara and Geraldton

Thanks for your comment and interesting questions. I think there may be an argument in the future to extend a service to Bullsbrook, to serve the areas growing around it, but it will need a much bigger population for this to be considered. Country/regional services used to exist to many country destinations in WA, most stopped in the 1970's, today only the Australind (?) and the various services that serve Kalgoorlie, Merredin and Toodyay survive. Again it's a question of population centres. Regional services are faring better in some of the Eastern States, with new trains and improved services after years of decline. Cheers Drew.......

Will we get a voice reveal
@DrewsRailwayWorld Жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment, I'm not sure what you mean? If you mean a narrative/ voice over from me I tend not to do this, although I have done so on rare occasions. At the moment I am working on software generated voice overs for future videos. ....Drew

I'll feed you a like for great visuals, though I can't stand that "free-to-use music" in the background. Id rather hear you narrate, even if you have a crappy voice, rather than that music.
@DrewsRailwayWorld2 жыл бұрын
Appreciate your feedback and like, I have been on radio as a presenter but that's not the reason I don't narrate it's my choice to use subtitles, most of my rail videos use live sound and only the intros are music tracks. Bought music costs too much for me, my channels aren't monetized. ...Drew
