Thanks for the info, out of peak times all I see are empty trains rattling along. Keep up the videos, nice to see some local stuff.

Interesting video. How many fares each day is each train expected to take?

Thanks for watching, (courtesy PTA website) Total boardings using the most recent figures available for the month of March 2022-2023 on the Joondalup Line was 1,444,165 (substantially up on last year), and the highest figure for March since 2018-2019, couldn't find any ticket income data...... Drew

Wasn't Currumabine station built in the wrong place and had to be moved to make way for the freeway extension?

Hi Greg thanks for watching and your comment. Your spot on, the original station was built on a gazetted Mitchell Freeway reserve, it was demolished and rebuilt just 60 metres to the east in conjunction with work planned for the eventual Joondalup Line extension to Clarkson. The new Nowergup depot for the B-series rolling stock was built at the same time and replaced the 4 temporary storage sidings at the original Currambine Station site, the 'new' station opened on the 4th October 2004.... Thanks for comments, I try to keep them short but impart some, I hope, useful info. I prefer to do the info as text on screen rather than voice over, on the rare occasions I have done a voice over it took to many takes :)
