www.kcc.org/KCCteachings/texts/bokar_prayer_book.pdf The Tibetan phonetics are on p. 63. The English translation is on p. 12. It’s not an exact match. Chanting in the video matches up with the phonetics on p.66 with “KYE MA” about 2/3 of the way down the page.
