In case you were wondering on the pen replacement situation: they did send me a new gray pen. It is exactly like the old pen. Which means that the broad tip side is more of a warm gray, almost beige color. And the fine tip side is more of a cooler gray tone.

I was curious about the grey marker. Mine was the same. Did Customer Delight get back to you?

They did. They’re supposed to send a replacement but honestly the answer they gave was kind of lame. They said that these are new pens so it takes time to get them perfected so they can’t guarantee the new pen will be different than the one I have. I may do a follow up review once it gets here. Definitely reach out to them though if yours is weird as well.

@@minders78 Interesting. I hope they get all of the kinks worked out because I definitely love these more than the acrylographs. Those are great, but they aren't for me. I like waetr-based markers and watercolor type mediums.

Mine is the same too. I think they are probably all like that. It doesn't seem very tropical either. But I still like it anyway. I like the colors of the acrylograph and using them on black paper is awesome but I prefer the Calliograph for everyday because they are easier to use.
