I would love to know how the Wren writes on different types of paper. Fountain pens are picky about what paper works, so I’m wondering if the Wren is also picky or if it works on all types of paper (including printer paper and cheap notebooks)?

@@mschubert16 great question, I’ll continue doing more testing, but I have used some junk journals to write in, and my hobonichi, all have taken the ink well. I’ll share samples in a future review.

I enjoyed the presentation, especially as I have never seen a pen like this before. Would you consider this to be a go-to or every day carry pen?

I think it would make an excellent every day carry pen due to the compact size. The only issue I’ve had so far is the tip becoming dry and then not writing. The fix is easy, just dip the tip in some water and it flows freely again.

It ooks much thicker than a 0.3 gel pen. Should you say so?
