I think dio over heaven needs a rework. compared to all the other ultimate modes. it's grossly less complex, especially compared to even his base, which was a staple in the mugen community for many years, and the main reason was how complete his move set and ai was. Much love to iso as always have been watching you since the first mugen vids back when you didn't even know how to edit characters I remember you had an aizen that just pop a png image and it would counter everything including dio k1

@bootybandit308_bootyscamme3 can you tell me which video you saw those skills so I can come to a consensus about this conversation and if he dose have those moves then the people on his tier( strongest on their teams) can easily beat him far faster than he could use those moves either way I think he needs some sort of buff or counter to give him time to be able to use his powerful moves

I am glad Jojo won so people can’t even act like I hate Jojo but Jojo has way to many CC/ stun lock characters now, before they used to be one of the funniest team to watch because they actually had some of coolest back and forth fights but now most of the characters have one or two cheesy abilities that can used multiple times in a row which can completely stun lock characters. 2 of the fights Fate lost came from them being literally unable to fight for half of the battle which was kuro and lancer. Archer mainly lost his fight from Givorno reflecting his damage back from his passive summon that can multiply the damage if more then one summon is on the field gets hit, this would be sorta fine if he couldn’t summon multiple of them.

most of this is some bull because dio cant knock someone out there ultimate saber in her ultimate has i frames but glitched out on her mutiple times and mordred and kuro has teleportation that allow her to get out of combos instantly i looked up her skills kuro should of beat diavolo but good fight

Skipping that time means you either skip the startup of it or/and the instant part. Since the concept of instant is well 0 seconds. The amount of time skipped would be 0. Since diavolos time skip lasts longer it beats it
