This Devil is probably Sparda. I think what is happening is that the Vegitos that were smited by Z probably all fused together into one powerful fighter and he started going trough the Demon Realm beating Demon Emperors one by one. He probably encountered Sparda on his way and he probably lost. Remember that Lucif said that Vegito reminds him of Sparda and it's implied that he can absorb other people too like Vegito. So I think in their encounter, Sparda probably won and absorbed the mega-fusion Vegito, which would explain the look he has now, he looks very similar to the Vegito that fought Z. Now he has Gohan as his vessel to get out of the Demon Realm.

I actually think this is Sparda, not a Vegito mega-fusion. But also Vegito, in a sense. I think Sparda was the demon in Guts' sword, as it was implied the demon was actually much more significant than Guts may have known. We never got a payoff on this plot point yet, IIRC. The demon's also been MIA from Vegito's inner mind for a long time. The smite sent Sparda back to the demon realm, but because he was a part of Vegito, he was basically sent there with Vegito's attributes and knowledge. He has green seraphim because it's a saiyan variant of the eyes. He and Lucif were in talks at some point, probably starting from within Vegito's mind. The lower emperors look like villains we know because of Sparda's influence, being pretty much Vegito himself. He made a replica of "Earth", and Lucif sent the dead Z fighters there, to screw with Vegito. Vegito will learn he killed his friends, pushing him over the edge, thus becoming a perfect vessel of evil for Lucif to take over and invade the higher gods. Sparda gets Gohan as his vessel as his reward. They'd have time to set all of this up because of how time works in the demon realm - it's much, much faster, like the hyperbolic time chamber.

I don't think this is Sparda. Notice the eyes. He's got the green Seraphim and he looks like a Saiyan, which would mean this guy is a Saiyan and only Saiyans can use the green variant of the Seraphim, as stated by ARJ in the previous chapter with Sparda Gohan. Plus, he also calls Vegito as "brother" which is an odd thing to call someone you don't know personally yet, and besides, the demon in Guts sword was already stated to be a lower rank Demon King, not an emperor, as stated by Makoto (or was it one of the Demon Realm emperors, idr). This guy is either an alternate timeline Raditz, Tarble or maybe even Rigor; Vegeta's long lost brother from King Vegeta's second secret wife, Peppra from the Dragon Ball New Age fan manga. ARJ had previously brought in Xicor; another fanmade character from the Dragon Ball AF fan manga, so maybe this is Rigor

The new devil is a combination of the other Vegito variants. There are two reasons for this. First, we know about the other variants from timelines that were zapped by Z. Since we now understand that holy smites simply send people to the demon realm, all those copies ended up there. It’s only natural that one of those copies either absorbed all the others, or they all decided to merge together. That level of power, given that merging is a multiplier, would have allowed them to move up the demon realm very quickly to become the new devil. Second, each level in the demon realm is shaped by the powers and memories of its ruler. In this case, the reason the level resembles Earth is that the new devil is literally Vegito from another timeline. This is the only possible explanation for why the devil’s level looks like Earth-because the new devil is, quite literally, Vegito, just a different variant of Vegito.

But if a sector of a Emperor/Devil is a rappresentation of him and his power, is impossibile that is Raditz the True Devil beacuse Raditz have no connection with the Earth. And in general Raditz is tecnically one of the Weakest saiyans that we have ever seen in the series, so it shouldn't be that strong for survive at least from the lower demons

I think it is Sparda and his power is to be able to take the souls of died people so... Maybe all Z fighters killed by Lucif and his demon emperors will fall down there so... Vegito has maybe really killed his friends but the definitive way. I really imagine this man saying "Make a copy of them ??? I can't do something like that ! Something tells me this new devil is more similar to Vegito then we thought despite looking so different. This will be a good battle, and I can't wait to see some full-scale devil gene transformations. Though it's clear based on the Elder God's reaction that Vegito and Lucif are the two biggest threats to their well beings.

Let me be the first to call it here...this new devil must be God Killer Ultra Luc-Trunks from another timeline with the combination of Ultra Luc-Vegito that was smited by Dai. It's probably the reason why sector 1 looks like Earth due to the memories of the new devil once called home. The Black scar on his face gives it away and he has Yamoshi absorbed power and also the tail has resemblance to Ultra Luc-Vegito. Man, I hope I'm really right about this one
