this song grew on me. the beginning... i'm a mother.... i slept a lot when i shouldn't have..... wake up mom.... haunts me.., altho my kiddos and this child in particular, my first, was so young when this was happening... me sleeping a lot .... like she was maybe 4 or 5... and it's not an issue now... but yea it touches the heart for sure as a mom and as a daughter of a mom who is an alcoholic,.
