Even when you ignore the fact that waters' intended audience already had a tendency to engage in violence, rioting and looting. There are still 2 key differences. Trump suggested an assembly at a specific location. Waters on the other hand suggested "the streets" generally. Organized legitimate protests have a designated location. Riots tend to happen wherever the people rioting happen to be.. Secondly you can "fight" a system, or for a political cause peacefully. And there are multiple ìnteretations of "fight" based on context. Democrats fought against Trump's wall, for example.. But to "get confrontational" is something you really only do with people, not things. And creating confrontation when there is currently none is literally the opposite of peaceful.

In all my 40 years of my black life I got pulled over maybe 3 different times. Each time was a white cop who either was telling me my back light was busted and told me to get it fixed; curious why I ran a red light but let me off with a warning, or noticed I was swerving on the road at night and realized I'd been driving for hours so DROVE me to a nearby hotel while his partner drove my car to the hotel.
