Some people might call me dumb or think im insane, but as a mechanic I prefer a couple small leaks, preferably the front main seal so it continously proofs the entire truck lol.

Start off, great commentary of your self in the vid. I did wonder if the bolts are backing off, making sure the cylinders are not hitting it or something. Keep doing your al;ll to keep the pete in great condition. Usually you have to crank the shaft and have to measure the injectors and bolts so they don't hit or touch. I wish I was a full on truck engine mechanic. It be a great field to learn so much.

Matt, pour a little brake fluid in your power steering reservoir, it will swell the seals and may stop the leak 😉

I made that same mistake driving on the 401 west bound ramp to the 410 northbound. when you came around the bend on the ramp it used to flood and i hit a flooded spot at full speed and if was like hitting a wall and almost lost control. I learned my lesson

Hey Matt trucks looking mint 👍. Just something to possibly be aware of it you running straight water, it may damage your engine. On my series 60 if i run straiht water or even not the right type coolant it will cause electrolysis in the motor creating pitting in the liners and basically prematurely stuffing your motor. It's one of the worst killers of series 60 motors so they say. Not sure if it has the same affect of cats but something you may want to check. Keep up the good work mate cheers.

Hi Matt nice video, just curios, why not change the last axle tires of the lead trailer to the middle axle? Its quite common here in Europe with the tri axle trailers. Its not mutch of a hastle and whould save a bit of money or at least delay it. Anyways hopefully the pete stops causing you headaces, best of luck🤟🏻

Would a euro-style truck not make your life MUCH easier? It would still be able to tow the same weight but would be much shorter overall length with virtually no overhang/blindspot at the front. Hope you get your mic problem sorted soon. The big-name brands often appear to be no better than the Aliexpress special offers nowadays...

Unless you disassemble the whole truck and rebuild it with fresh parts you will always have troubles with it cuz if you are a regular trucker you make 60k-100k kilometers per year at a minimum !

i am frankly kind of annoyed that your basically new trailer doesnt have drain/weep holes in the boxes, the rear broom box handles were not even clear coated or powder coated to prevent rusting and other little things that an expensive working trailer should just have. if that was on a car, it would be unnacceptable

I saw in one of your earlier videos how you had an xbox 360 and halo 3 in your sleeper. I played Halo 3 in its heyday, best gaming experience ever. You need a new mechanic instead of just fixing or looking at what you're telling them they obviously not looking through the other scenarios that cause the problems or fully diagnosing things while it's there. Truck looks nice though, a never ending project.
